FYI Just in case you are looking for a place to repair you vehicle I would NOT bring my car to Saints Automotive in Princeton. $240 to diagnose and they cant figure it out after 4 days and they tell us to drive it around for the next week and see if it happens again. Are you kidding me!!! If you do chose to go there I would suggest not using the loaner car because then your priority is lowered and other people who dont have loaners are in front of you because you have a loaner. Just an FYI
The guys at Saints run a top-notch business! I had an excellent experience working with Jeff to inspect a vehicle before I purchased it and then fitting me in to make some minor repairs immediately after I purchased it from an in town dealer. Jeff's professionalism and honesty were extremely evident when he only rotated and rebalanced my wheels when he could have also done the alignment that we agreed on. He fixed my problem of the vehicle pulling to the left, and did it cheaper and faster than I expected. If I wasn't from out-of-town, I would always take my cars to Saints! They have a hard working, honest, and fair approach to business that you just don't see elsewhere.
The AC went out the day before we were going to drive from Minnesota to Washington DC in June. They got our vehicle in right away and fixed what we needed (and ONLY what we needed) to make it through our trip. Great and honest shop. Thanks, Dave and crew!
Although it's a bit of a trek from Minneapolis, I liked it enough to come back: once I had my battery replaced (grateful that got taken care of before it became a mid-winter frozen issue) and came back later for a set of new tires. Was very impressed with how easygoing and honest the staff have been, how quickly the work was done, and how low pressure the experience was. They acquired the needed components quickly, in one case acquiring said component via in-person delivery from elsewhere in town within about ten minutes. I've never worried I was paying for something I didn't need. Will definitely be making the trek for future needs.
Worst place to have auto work done!!! They don't know how much to charge for routine auto repairs. They tell you they don't know how much to charge without looking at it, then give you an estimate for $279. Then at pick up say, You're out the door price is $440. What happened to my quoted $279? They charge $140 for parts that cost $20 and don't tell you that until they're done with your vehicle. They also do not give an itemized bill so you have no idea what you are even being charged for. They make stuff up as they go. I was also charged a $56 inspection fee when I still had work done. Isn't the inspection fee waived when the service is preformed? They are douche bags
