Waited 3 hours for stitches on a dog bite, and they never ran x-rays to see if there was any other problems. I went back two years later to have my son, and I don't recommend going there. I loved my doctor, but the nurses were my main issue. Didn't matter that I didn't want 16 people doing cervical checks, or that I was getting really stressed because I felt like I had been violated. Birth isn't supposed to be a 3 ring circus. 48 hours of labor, to many cervical checks, pain meds wore off during C-section, and almost 7 months later I'm still in pain from it and can't even bring myself to go back to be seen for it.
We weren't near home and had an emergency with our little 3 year old splitting her head open and rushed to the ER. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the doctor was so nice to our little one and her sister. He let her hear her heartbeat, got stickers, and even a stuffed animal to lift their spirits.
